At Hooga, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
